Excellent value, interesting features
Not really put to the test yet, but it looks very promising as a way of having flexibility with a very reasonable degree of stability for DSLR video, at what is really a minimal cost.
The side handles will, I'm sure, prove very successful, and there's the capability to add a monitor, external recorder, mic, lights etc, if we decide we need them. For the time being, our hdmi cable now has something to secure to, as will a remote control, and maybe a wireless microphone.
The only issue so far has been that the top handle obscures the LCD screen, which can be resolved to a reasonable degree by turning it around the wrong way - if it's still wanted in place, that is.
We will be using this in conjunction with a basic stabiliser from Varizoom, which provides for adjustable support from the chest region, but a pinch the supplied bars on this cage could be used in that kind of way, too.

Slightly large
Obviously made slightly too wide so as to accommodate any guitar. In practice, you'll need to squeeze the neck supports in a vice a bit for most. No need to get the blowtorch out!
I've done this on all four without any problem - don't think there will be any significant weakening - but perhaps not everyone will be comfortable doing this.
For the price you can't complain!

Temporary 2nd hand blues!
0 of 1 found this helpful Buying a 2nd user PC components can be a bit nerve wracking! In this instance everything seemed to be going haywire when I first tried it, hence the title!
However in this case the problem arose from a slightly bent pin on the CPU that came with the motherboard, which occurred somehow during handling - it could have been at either end - and it could perhaps have been my own fault.
After correcting that, everything has been fine! An excellent product!
One has to be very aware, but I would certainly buy a 2nd hand motherboard like this again.
