My favourite pen
I work in a place where pens constantly get "lost". This is my third time buying these in bulk in as many years, and I can highly recommend. The writing is smooth without gaps, clearly readable, and it photocopies and faxes incredibly clearly. The pens that I've kept at home (i.e. not lost) have remained quality until the very end of the ink supply. I've never had issues with ink spilling or pens breaking either, despite them often living squashed in the bottom of my bag. 10/10 would recommend, and my colleagues who I see around with "their" identical pens seem to agree.

Excellent books and great value
The DSM-5 is an excellently detailed and essential for anyone studying/working in mental health. The Desk Reference is a nice small version that doesn't elaborate on criteria, but has it all summarised. This is basically a portable DSM-5 (which is great, because while the DSM-5 is brilliant and detailed, it's pretty heavy!)

Works perfectly!
Remote works perfectly. Came with easy to follow instructions on pairing it to the garage door. Certainly value for money!
