Meant to be two of the same item, but were different
One of the remote controls worked quite well and had soft-to-press buttons. Strangely, the 2nd remote control had hard-to-press buttons and some of the buttons didn't work well, especially the volume buttons. Very hard to understand why these remotes were different. There's really no point in using the 2nd remote control with the hard-to-press buttons. None of the remote controls were as good as the original remote control that came with our TV. The buttons don't work as well and don't offer the same level of control. The remote is slightly wider than the original, and is lighter (less solid).
