Great to reset my bad habit
Recommended by nutritionist to use it for 3 times a day, 10days boost of gut health. The taste of natural fibre wasn't great on our tongue but drink with pineapple, veggies with coconut water ( I use Nutri bullet) makes easier. It worked very quickly for me. Meanwhile I walk a hour a day and light exercise, my body shapes changed and lost 2kg in 10 days. Now I'm drinking once a day at night before 8pm for maintenance.

Best system ever
Zip tap is one of the best buy for our new home. We drink sparkling water all the time so need to replace once every 3 to 4 months but so easy to use. It is a big unit and use most of the space of under sink but never regret.
