pen holder
Some pen slots deeper then others. If loose a pen cap into center of product, you have to remove all pens to tip it over to get pen cap or other item lost in center.
That design feature is only negative

Aroma
No real aroma unless you hold it under your nose.
Add to dispenser and cannot smell it

Too Blue
Dis colors water. Turns water to extremely dark blue, not the light blue.
Also discolors toilet bowl and need to clean it more often
