Great replacement
Can definitely tell the difference with the stiffer springs. Some may not like it as it does produce a much more audible clunking sound every time you shift because of those springs. It's a much stronger grab which after worn in a bit I think will be much desired. I'm satisfied with this product

Works great on my Cud Cadet CC2020
I received a CC2020 for free because it didn't run. Once I got it running, I couldn't get the reel to feed line properly. The reel it had is same as this in all ways except without the line divider. I couldn't get it to feed properly using single nor double line. Also tried a new spring. So I ordered this one after seeing in the parts catalog that the CC2020 should've had this one. Either hte CC2020s came with 2 different inner reels, or someone had replaced it with a different one. In any case, this one works like a charm and is frustration free
