Artikel ging offenbar zweimal durch die Republik hin und her (zwei Adress-Aufkleber übereinander), Verbleib musste beim Händler angefragt werden, kam schließlich nur in Plastikbeuel verpackt an, Qualität nicht die vom Original, aber wohl einsatzfähig. Kundenservice antwortet meist mit Chat-Bot. Versand kam aus Hamburg, obwohl Hannover beim Angebot stand. Chinesischer Anbieter, der über einen Logistikpartner liefert. Da der Artikel aber nun ankam, dennoch eine positive Bewertung. Danke.

Only one of the 2 items turned up. Only recived one tracking order and was then told by the company that they could not send together due to size which was very small. Information sent back was generated by a computer bot and was confusing and poor use of english. First parcel recieved on the 8/2/2025 STILL WAITING FOR THE SECOND PARCEL TO ARRIVE. It would have been better and more honest if they just told me that a mistake was made and another one was being sent.
