Derren Brown - Jedi Master for sure!
1 of 1 found this helpful A truly original entertainer with the ability to dumbfound you again and again from the beginning until the end and leave you wanting to see more. Some of the best moments are with the celebrity guest such as Jonathan & Jane Ross, Simon Pegg ( my personal favourite )and Jo Whiley to name but a few. This series also includes the often talked about Zombie game trick, a truly classic moment.Derren Brown also on occasion shows you how he acheives his tricks of mind control, very interesting. This dvd edition is a absolute must for any Derren Brown fan and a must for anyone who would enjoy some dark and funny amusement.

Waste of mondy
This item looked ok at first glance but the first thing I noticed was the fact that the light didn't work, despite that the motors were making a noise and just about appeared to trim hairs but a normal shaver does a better job. So I thought okay, it says you can buy replacement heads - I wonder what the heads are like? I went on to remove the head and the whole flimsy piece of rubbish fell apart - the "blades" fell out, they look cheap and crude so no wonder it didn't work and there's no way it can be pushed back together. So now I have a useless piece of plastic!!!! Seriously not worth the money thank god it wasn't expensive. Don't waste your money on this.

Platoon - Gripping Vietnam movie
2 of 3 found this helpful Directed by Oliver Stone this Vietnam film is like no other.Focusing on Private Chris Taylor ( Chalie Sheen ) it shows you the negative, grim and gruesome reality of what life was like for the troops in Vietnam, no holding back in some of the most disturbing and graphic scenes, which are loosely based on actual events and of Oliver Stones own experiences in Vietnam. A good battle of good and evil between the platoon leaders Sgt. Elias (William DeFoe) and Sgt Barnes (Tom Berenger) which leaves Chris Taylor to question his loyalties and orders. The scenery location is both beautiful and servere with breath taking cimatograpy combined with a musical score that brings goose bumps all over you (Adagio for Strings) by Samuel Barber.No surprise that this film won several awards including Best Picture 1986. There must be a family clause for a Sheen to appear in classic Vietnam movies. Simply a must for war movie fans.
