It will blast off your belly fat with perseverance and regular use
2 of 2 found this helpful I bought this cd as I have a load of fitness dvds but none that purely focus on the belly (I have a two year old, I lost the baby weight ages ago but my belly has never been the same since)
I did the full 50 minutes in one go as I found it quite easy and it didnt make me sweat much.
The next day I didnt feel any different, no stiffness like I usually get with exercising.
The day after that I couldnt move!! I sneezed and every muscle in my whole entire midriff ached, including my back!
I havent done this dvd again since (or any others for that matter). I think I will do a mixture of dvds next time and take two sections from this dvd, probably the ab ripper and six pack abs sections.
Highly reccomend this dvd, if you do it regularly there is no doubt at all that you will have abs like the girl on the dvd!!

Good childhood book to share with my daughter
Used to love this book as a child so bought it for my two year old daughter, good for teaching food names. still a classic :)
