Why can't the parts line up?
The bike is nice and sturdy. However it is not finished properly.
There are plastic collars around the sleeves that hold the posts for the handle bars and the seat.
These plastic collars are not trimmed so their openings line up with the holes on the sleeves. The adjustment knobs cannot be inserted.
More significant, the holes in the sleeves do not line up with the seat and handlebar posts. I have to hire a handy man to ream out the holes.
