Good drop-in replacement and worked like a charm!
The unit came with a smaller (just in physical size) capacitor than the original, the motor wires were thinner and shorter than the original though none of that prevented me from installing it and getting the unit working in my first attempt. Since my furnace is over 30 years old and I think I am replacing this unit maybe for the first time, I had to deal with rusted screws, broken screws etc. Despite all these hurdles, the new unit fit in place, and it all worked fine.
