Cheap quality, not worth the money
Overall I was disappointed in these shoes; the "velvet" is very thin and poor quality, doesn't even really feel like velvet. The embroidery looks far better in the stock photo than in actuality as well. The fit was off too; these fit smaller than normal. I remember when there used to be stores, and you could go to one in a mall and buy these for about 10, and actually check out the quality before buying, try them on, etc. I miss those days. Manufacturers like whoever made these shoes are definitely taking advantage of the fact that everyone has to buy everything online these days to pass off cheap crap as something nice. Don't bother buying these. They definitely are NOT worth the money.

Decent.
I first got this deck back around 2000, when they used to use actual paper/cardboard to make tarot decks. The construction of these is weird; I think it's some sort of super thin plastic? I miss the old cardboard/paperboard cards. But overall it's the same deck, with the same artwork, and it still works just as well. Decent price and serviceable product overall.

You want to buy these!
I have bought about 3 sets of these exact speakers over the years, and they are far and away the best quality and sound for a cheap price. I wouldn't ( and haven't) paid over $10-$11 total including shipping, and they are definitely worth that. The sound is far superior to other similarly priced speakers. They won't let you down. I suppose if your intention is to annoy your neighbors and violate noise disturbance laws, you might want another set of speakers. But for general use to listen to movies, tv shows you stream online, or music at normal volumes (or even if you're slightly hearing impaired, like my roommate is) these will do the trick just fine.
