The item is beautiful and well packaged. BUT on the website in RED type it says send the length of bracelet you require and they will alter it before sending bracelet out. This is a LIE!!! I did exactly as asked but the bracelet has not been altered to the required length. Yes they send a tool to resize but I am disabled and unable to do the resizing my self. In the this country if you say you will do something that is what by law you are required to do!!I will not recommend this seller
