An essential classic of Kurosawa
1 of 1 found this helpful This edition is both visually delightful and contains added value: not just one, but a choice between two different sets of subtitles. The first was the original set, but the second was added years later by a Kurosawa scholar. Also, the accompanying commentary is as fine as any I have encountered, by a true expert on Kurosawa's films.
