  Water bottles arrived quickly, but unfortunately several parts have been contaminated with colour/dye of the water bottles. That make me worried as I am not sure the colours are safe to consume. No product info on this aspect found, so I contacted the seller for a return. The seller is great, quickly replied and issued a refund. Overall good seller, thank you.

  We ordered 2 of these cars. One for my son and one for his dad. Unfortunately 1 car was faulty. I contacted the seller and they were wonderful. Very helpful. They were a bit dubious at first incase it was a scam but they acted in a timely manner and were quick to respond to messages. A replacement was sent out and tracking number supplied. Problem solved. Would buy from them again.

  Was disappointed when the items arrived. The box only showed one brush head on the photo so contacted the seller asking if there were 3 as shown on the advert. Did not want to open the boxes in case it was not what I ordered. Unfortunately, after 3 attempts, no reply so requested a return. Did eventually get a reply, they were not happy, they claim they hadn't seen the messages. Refund was made without hassle, but not happy with the tone of their messages

  I did not get any notification of a message from you so yes i did not see it otherwise i would of explained to you what you purchased is as described on my listing. Your return was not justified, you purchased 2 of these so next time you purchase something maybe open the item to check as you made claims without even opening the item. Be considered to the sellers as we pay shipping out of our own pockets so it cost me to send item to you and for you to return as well. Who would not be happy?
