  Torches sent by letter not parcel post as listing says no tracking number. Sent in cardboard envelope torches are working as it was a short distance. When I contacted seller about postage discrepancy he said we uses stamps to save on cost's. Bort with this seller before a he is friendly and good just need to update the listings postage method or add it in the description so other people don't use their parcel post collect address & don't have to travel 3 days to post office to check arrival.
