Has Always Been Pretty Good
I have used square trade for insurance before and it went perfectly fine every time.

Great but battery + size issues
Purchased this used because my old phone wiped out unexpectedly. You really have no idea what its like without a phone until its randomly disabled.
The functionality of it is wonderful. Meaning that its price and workability is well proportioned. The only negative is the fact that it has so many functions- battery is used up very quickly. It's size is also a factor. Its almost 2x as thick as my old phone, so it feels like a miniature work station that I carry around. If it were a bit thinner, that would be wonderful, but with so many functions within a single phone with early technology you almost cant be too picky.
It feels like a budget BlackBerry, but I can see people with actual BlackBerry's reading this and laughing, so I'm just going to say its a really versatile phone (Lol). Can't say much more, got it at a heavily discounted price and it turned out wonderful.

Excellent phone...weak battery.
0 of 1 found this helpful The phone works far better than expected. But I can already tell the battery will last around 6 - 7 months tops. Thankfully i have a really good mobile repair shop nearby that can install a new battery cheap. It has a wonderful fast charger. Full battery charge within roughly 80 minutes, which is pretty good. Keep in mind that all the Galaxy phones tend to crap out after about 9 - 12 months (which is why the carriers offer to switch up your lease after 12 months - they know the phones wont last). But the phone is still far better than expected overall. Battery lasts about 6 - 8 hours on full charge with light/moderate use. Heavy use has it at around 3 - 5 hours, which is pretty bad.
