Everything operates as it should without malfunction.
Fit and finish is very good installs like it's a FORD OEM part however the driver side top plate shakes when driving more than I think it should the passenger side is much better as it shakes very little but still has some shake. Because of the driver side shake issue I gave a 4 star rating as there must be an overall QC issue as to why one side mirror shake is much better than the other side. It's still a good value as the F150 forum has OEM complaints about the mirror shake issue as well.
