Burn hazard
This is my first thermal brush so I don't know if they are all designed the same. I didn't expect the brush to get so hot, I used it on my 7year old daughter's hair to dry straight prior to getting haircut...to my horror she squealed as the tip touched against her neck for fraction of a second and left a burn which actually broke the skin! I was unaware of such a hazard with these and feel they should have rubber ends or even come with a warning. I'd say they got as hot as straighteners. I would definitely not recommend any thermal brush which isn't heat guarded at the end/top.
