Both ports are very close together so yo...

Both ports are very close together so you can not use standard plugs as they cannot get close enough together to both fit in the ports. You need to use narrow plugs so they can be side by side that close to allow you to use both ports at the same time or shave down the plastic cover over the connectors to allow both pins to be closer together that works too but not recommended if the ports were another 2 mm apart then there wouldn’t be any issues works fine but with narrow body plugs only
