I ordered a MSI Ventus GeForce RTX 3090 OC second-hand. It appears to have been barely used, if at all. I didn't notice any dust, even on the fans. I've had it for about a week and put it under stress (including 100% utilisation with high VRAM usage) and it appears to work perfectly fine. The item was at a competitive price and in seemingly excellent condition, with all boxes/manuals/packaging in like-new condition. Packaged with lots of padding. I would have preferred a sign-on-receive delivery
