Required Modifications
Installation was straightforward (no instructions), but achieving a leak free fit required modifications. The o2 injection pipe leaked (at the head) because the spot welds on the primary tubes interfered with the gasket and flange, I ground the welds down and replaced the gaskets after they blew out. The headers had an extra o2 sensor port which I cut a flange to cover and used a spare gasket to seal (hardware not provided). The springs for the ball and socket joint at the base of the collector were weak and deformed after I tightened the bolts enough to stop the joint from leaking, I replaced the provided springs with a set from a local parts store that were stiffer and had flat faces so they would set square between the washer and the flange. The two part down-pipe did not include clamps for installation, the fit was loose enough that the pipe still leaked even after adding two U-bolt clamps. I ended up welding the two sections of pipe together. As expected, the paint burnt off the headers after approximately 2 hrs of driving.
