  Haven’t received this item yet working with seller to try to find this lost item that the post office has misplaced. The seller is doing everything he can to correct this problem.

  Worked with the buyer to resolve this. Gave full refund as USPS lost the item twice, then they eventually found it but arrived damaged. Buyer was patient and we had good communication throughout this unfortunate situation.
