Duplex printing shrinks everything
3 of 4 found this helpful This is a pretty good printer for the price, but for my work I need accurate double-sided printing. Unfortunately, this printer shrinks the page by about 10%, to add an additional 1/4" or more to your margins. I fiddled with all the settings to no avail and then did some research online. There are thousands of people complaining about this problem in forums, and evidently it cannot be fixed. It's both a mechanical and a software issue. If you don't mind that, it's a nice printer. The borderless photo printing is beautiful. But for everyday accurate duplex printing, forget it.
