Price is high and puts out a lot of heat but works well for its age.

Word of warning, this is a HOT running CPU. At 125 watts be ready with a water or large air cooling system. Overall its a good CPU for its age. Scores a 6.3 in WEI, and plays BF3 on med settings AA @ 4x @ 40FPS. (I have it mated to a 9800GT.) Its an old system but solid. The price is a little high for what it is but if all you want to do is upgrade your CPU than this is the best route to take.
