If you have sensitive skin, be careful!
I've been using it for more than 2 weeks and, at first, I noticed it left a slight warm sensation on my skin after application - that would leave my skin very red occasionally. No big deal - since I noticed there was a small amount of ascorbic acid in it - but it bothered me a little, specially because it would leave my skin feeling tight and dehydrated using it alone, with no moisturizer on. It was only three days ago that I noticed a big number of bumps appearing on my skin, next to my eyes and on my cheek. They were acneiform, but itchy and quite big (in which I normally don't get). It would also sting whenever I got a cut from shaving or a pimple popped. I have very sensitive skin prone to irritation, due to a disease called rosacea, but checking through the ingredient's list I thought it would be safe to use.

Why is this a hype?
3 of 3 found this helpful Used it five times already and didn't notice anything different in redness, hydration/moisture or else. It leaves my skin feeling just OK. The mugwort extract leaf powder has only 2% of concentration, so you know this formula is basically water, butylene glycol and glycerin, nothing different than a regular moisturizer. The shredded pieces of mugwort in it makes my skin a little bit uncomfortable because they are rough and irregular, turning everything into a very harsh scrub, so rubbing and spreading the mask throughout the face should be done very carefully, specially for sensitive skins (like mine). Did not break me out or make me flare up though. Did not make my rosacea worse, either. The cooling effect is fine, and didn't mind the strong herbal smell.
Not impressed, not worth the hype or the price (believe me, there are better formulations for way less than US$30).
