Good But Could Be Better

I consider the sound quality to be very good. From a design standpoint it is a little bulky around the ear but is soft and does not require that uncomfortable ear bud like some units. I have a minor neuropathy issues which makes it awkward to feel operate the buttons manually. I have tried to not allow it accept calls without me saying "answer or reject" but have yet to be able to accomplish. The automatic answer is primarily a problem if you are in the middle of talking to someone in person or doing something that requires undivided attention. Overall I still say it is a good value, but could be better for me personally.
