Looks like new
Initially I had some problems pairing with my Samsung s20 Ultra. I'm not sure what was up with that, but I finally was able to pair. I had to pair it first with an older iPhone, then go back to the Samsung. The watch looks like new, came with charger and second band. Battery seems to hold a charge well.
