  I hate to do this, I’ve never had a problem on eBay. The shipping was a little slow, no big deal, when the tensioner arrived the pulley was broken. Emailed the seller with pictures on Monday 3/29 still haven’t heard anything back. That’s the second time I tried to contact him/her, first was just an email asking when the item would be shipped. Sorry to say I will not be buying anything from this seller again

  I reached out to the seller several days after my item was supposed to arrive asking for tracking information. The seller did not respond within a week. Buyer beware. Stuff happens but as a seller you need to at least respond to issues like this. Item was not received. eBay refunded my money.
