It was easy to order this item from ebay. The seller informed me on when and where the item was being sent from. When I advised the seller that my item had not been received by the due date, I received a reply within a day; with a picture of the sent package and a suggestion of contacting the post office. The package arrived the next day. There was a bookmark, which is an added bonus! The item seemed smaller than the picture on ebay, but this is a minor issue.
