However they sent me an offer when the video was already very cheap and judging by the postage costs they probably lost money instead of making it. They honoured the sale regardless which was great. Packaging was more than sufficient and very well protected. Posted quickly and arrived quickly. Would definitely buy from again regardless of any irregularities in condition description.
