  I purchased headphones that were listed as New, but they arrived with packaging opened, stickers removed, and existing users paired. The seller declined any partial refund, but admitted that they were (supposedly) only opened for testing. We agreed on a return, but the seller tried to have me ship them back, saying he would refund me upon inspection which is against policy as you lose buyer protection. I instead initiated the return through eBay, but he sent me a partial refund in the end.
