You get what you pay for.
The cord works and for the price you pay, it's cheap but... it's cheap. The volume control / mic fell apart within 4 days of having it. The rest of the product is fine and if you're looking for a replacement cord and don't mind a non-functioning mic or volume control then this product will meet your needs. I suppose that there is a chance that you may not have an issue with the wiring as well.

Great item
The only issue is with using the camera when you fold the cover open. The window partially obstructs the camera. It's possible to twist the cover a bit to make it better but best to just keep it open and not folded over.
