Good product and accurate description. However (and this is not sellers fault), Aramex is the most unprofessional, useless postal service easily in this country. Refusal to tell me where my package is, gaslighting and telling me they received it different dates, no apologies for appalling services (ie: their stuff ups); etc. Package was posted to me on the 30th March, delivery supposed to be the 7th latest, finally arrived on the 12th April. Any seller should stop using this service immediately!

Item didnt fit my radio even though the ad headline and ad description says my radio can use this antenna. I sent it back they received it and didnt refund so i opened a case when they finally respond to my message oh now the case is open you have to wait for your refund .. i would not recommend buying from this company.

Buyer claimed he sent back the item and provided us a tracking number. Even thought the tracking shows the package is deliverd, but we never receive the item.
