Fantastic saw
0 of 5 found this helpful This saw surprised me. Very good quality, and a good feel. It's probably as heavy as a comparable gas saw, but a slightly smaller profile and fairly good balance. I also like the variable speed trigger. Not many cordless saws have it.
It's hard to judge battery life, but the sawing time is pretty long. If you take this into the woods with one battery you'll be able to cut down and cut up two small to medium trees. No exaggeration. I was pleasantly surprised with the battery life. Charges in less than 1 hour.
The one thing I didn't care for was the trigger lock. You have pull it back with your thumb and squeeze the trigger.
Just a little awkward.
Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend it highly.
