This is an awesome cookbook written by the matriarch of a well known Cuban / Spanish restaurant in Ybor City, Tampa, Florida, with recipes of some of their best loved dishes. If you have not eaten there, all you need do is follow this guide to some the best meals you have had. Easy to follow and I was surprised that it tasted like being there.

Didn't fit my Workmate
They did not fit my Workmate bench. The solution will be sanding them down or drilling out the holes in the Workmate. They are just a little too big. If you force them in, they will never come out.
