RACHEL RAY Cooking DVDs-so inspiring & easy to follow directions! D

I purchased the 30 Minute Meals w/ Rachel Ray Fast and Light, DVD recently. I have several others as well. I really enjoy these DVDs simply because they tend to fit our modern day lifestyles(simple recipes,but not blah) yet allowing us to spend time with our families by being able to prepare a nutritious meal ¬ spend a heap of time in the kitchen. Rach prepares a VARIETY of meals, seriously. I've never seen her prepare any 2 meals even similar. She throws in dessert ocassionally. The DVDs are amazing. Watching these, has rekindled the fire to want to get back in the kitchen and cook with confidence and excitement! And I have. My teenage boys get so tickled because they are getting to try NEW dishes, and they LOVE them!
