Excellent game tight controls. feels like a dreamcast ambition on a gameboy
After trying to fulfill the niches of old school gaming, I happened upon a collectibles store that had a Neo Geo Pocket still in its wrapping. so I bought it and SNK vs Capcom Millennium Fighters and Metal Slug. My action genre was more than fulfilled with these two excellent games. So I bought Dark arms and I am soo addicted right now. You basically kill demonic monsters in Gothic environments and feed there souls into a bunch of crazy over the top guns. It has been a blast so far and they even have those manga "tentacles" as a weapon choice. I highly reccomend this portable game.

Expensive but worth the money. Way better fire emblem or final fantasy tac
1 of 1 found this helpful it's something great like an epic from Homer or discovery of flight. The graphics are 2d in the towns but have many redraws depending on your 3d camera. (Think Mario kart 64 2d) but all environments are polygon based. Battles are full 3d and stunning for its age and will still make your crt flash vibrantly. I would recommend you spend the extra money and I can't believe I have again after 8 years.
