    When opening my package a bonus little duck dropped out at me; this little duck is super cute. I’m very pleased with my purchase; the seller Michelle messaged to advise that the item had been sent which is very much appreciated. It was well packaged with tissue paper and bubble wrap then had some straw paper added to the box for extra protection. Thank you card Included.     This would have to be one of my best ever buying experiences on eBay. Postage was prompt, communication first class, but what truly blew me away was the level of care this seller took to package and send my brooch... opening it was a true experience! It was done so beautifully, so carefully, and touches such as the 'thank you' tape (which I must try and find some of) and the flower card with the little pin and butterfly are so deeply appreciated. I will definitely be back to this shop!
