Very disappointed with the seller's actions. Paid for first-class shipment, but the seller falsely claimed it was sent that way. When I requested tracking information, I discovered they shipped it in a cheap envelope, costing only 60 cents, while I was charged $4. Additionally, the item never arrived, and the seller provided multiple excuses. Deceptive practices and poor communication make this transaction highly unsatisfactory.
