A useful aid to the 5:2 diet
The recipes are very practical, nutritious and tasty, and mostly designed to provide 2 portions - 1 for each fasting day, which reduces the preparation time for the week. Uses easy to source ingredients. I've been using it for 6 weeks now and it's the only diet I have ever tried. Works for me.

Compact and cheap
From what I can gather, the quality of Aux cables make no difference to the sound quality. This one is cheap, compact, and works as advertised. It takes a few tries to get the hang of only pulling/retracting both sides at once, but once you get it, it's easy to use.
