Comfortable, clear. One improvement recommended.

This headset is very light and comfortable for extended use. I'm told that I sound very clear in conference calls, so the sound quality seems great. My only complaint is that there should be a tighter setting available on the band. There are many size settings, and I have mine on the tightest setting, but it just barely fits. Maybe my head is too small - lol :). That's the only improvement that I would recommend. Otherwise, I'm happy with this product.
