Worked for Apple IIe Memory Expansion Board
I bought these to replace 2 failed MT4264-20 chips on my Apple IIe 80col/64k memory expansion board. It was displaying garbage characters on screen, having trouble reading larger files from disk, and failing memory diagnostics. These TI chips were listed compatible, identical by voltage, density, response time, etc. They fit perfectly in the same spot as the old 4264-20's. Despite my horrific soldering "skills", these did the trick, and my IIe is working perfectly now. Passes memory diagnostics, all disks are reading data, and there's no more garbage on the screen. DIPs were in like-new condition. No scratches or scuffs, pins perfectly straight, packaged well in a foam block. Would recommend this seller again for any small electronic component needs.
