Great value for a great package!
1 of 1 found this helpful A great workout if you're a behind the desk, never get to go out much person like me. Wii Fit U has a great mixture training such as yoga and strength training, dance, sports, and fitness disguised as games. The fit meter is great for tracking your walking/climbing habits, I found out that my walk from my parking spot to my office is about a mile, and so far climbing the stairs has gotten me up to the top of the Statue of Liberty :-)
Exercises can be adjusted to whatever you want to do. Pick them à la carte, by how many minutes you'd like to work out, by how many calories you want to burn, or several other choices.
The balance board doesn't feel like a gimmick either. I'm a bit unbalanced, and with the exercises which require balance it shows! These exercises tend to have a yellow bar or spot, and a dot that shows your balance. In my case I the dot will be moving around a lot, though the exercises seem to have slowly improved my balance.
Finally, I like to leave a word of warning. What is not included with Wii Fit U, and what is needed in some exercises, are the Wii remote plus controller and nunchuk attachment. In fact, some of the dance games require 2 Wii remote plus controllers. Fortunately, the majority of exercises don't need these, but if you want to make full use of the package, make sure you have these peripherals. I do not feel this is very detrimental to this product however, but to some this may matter a great deal.

Can't tell if it's refurbished or new
While the Wii Remote Plus is refurbished, it appears as new. I've used it extensively ever since I received it, and it works great, with no signs of mechanical failure.
