  Item arrived damaged, contacted seller and received apology and reimbursement of partial cost (hose was fine but the funnel had split, so not easily usable). Better packaging would have helped prevent this damage, though as I couldn't find the missing piece within the bag, I suspect it left the factory in this condition. Communication with seller and delivery all good.

  The item took longer than expected to arrive , however this wasn't the fault of the seller, evri had the item in their possession the very next day , after the order was placed , evri kept saying it was out for delivery, then said it was delayed , tge item was as described and was exactly what I wanted , so left positive feedback as the delay was no fault of tge supplier.

  BEWARE! this supplier has problems, they are confused about their stock and reliveries, they don't know which date they think they delivered or not!, and to cap it they do not know who they think made the delivery EVRI or ROYAL MAIL. I am still waiting for the delivery or a refund.
