Very good quality product. Nice finish and the adjustable buckle is great. You can mess with different lengths and cut off the excess if you desire, I was a bit concerned about the narrowness of the strap, but that actually helps to keep it on your shoulder. This is the one

As others have indicated, the instructions that come with it refer to pictures that are not included. Fortunately I have installed similar ones so was able to figure it out. I feel bad for first -timers as it will be frustrating. Besides that the pickup is the best of this kind I have used. High output, Great coverage of the full frequency range- sounds great! Need to update the directions on this fine pickup.
