Seller is a bit new to selling on eBay, so just incase if your order mistakenly says “refunds not accepted” I would recommend reaching out regardless. Otherwise, the seller is very polite and I would recommend this shop.

Nicely built, durable, but defective microphone
Headset was built well and appeared to be quite durable. Unfortunately, the microphone on the unit I received did not work properly. I ended up returning it and purchasing a different brand/model.

Earbuds are not interchangeable. You cannot use them separately.
I'm deaf in one ear, therefore, I can only use one earbud at a time. Nowhere in the details did it say that you could only use the RIGHT earbud separately, so now I can only use one of the earbuds. I won't buy this brand again.
