Fun features & beautiful look.
0 of 1 found this helpful High quality, typical of Palisades Toys. Good articulation; better than most other Palisades Muppet-figures. As usual; the sculpt in top-notch, well thought-out accessories, and bonus; the "gray paint-job" on the figure was actually glow-paint! It definitely adds a nice variety to my Muppets collection. I'm certain I will enjoy this for years to come. Thank you so much!

Fun & quirky movie and high-quality disk.
This one of the highest-quality DVDs I've ever had. And as for the movie itself, I'd recommend it to anyone! Anybody who likes quirky, offbeat films like 'Repo Man', 'Buckaroo Banzai' or the works of Terry Gilliam will enjoy this too, I guarantee it! It's perfect for families, but especially good for kids who are looking to transition out of Disney, but are still too young for R-rated fare like 'Heavy Metal' or 'Akira'. And I especially want to promote the unique and innovative animation-style; a fun, experimental-type not seen much anymore. Anyone who loves animation, but is looking for something outside the mainstream with an artistic-bent will, I think, be very pleased. Thank you very much!

Over-sized, but nicely sculpted.
I will start by explaining what I like; it is indeed beautifully sculpted, and though the plastic is softer than I expected, I think in the long run that will prove to be more durable. The pose is not typical for a unicorn either, and I quite enjoy that. And now, what I dislike; it was not paint-primed like the miniatures I'm used to, so that will make painting more difficult. And on that note, I'm a little afraid to try painting it at all, as I'm not sure this type of plastic will tolerate the particular brands model paint I normally use. It was also a little bigger than I thought, which may be problematic.
But again, I haven't really tried it. It might actually turn out better than expected. Therefore if I could, I would've given the product another half a star. I still enjoy it, and it really is a lovely sculpt! So thank you very much, and have a nice life!
