The North Face rain jacket was advertised as "Waterproof" in sellers description. I received item 2/20/24 and wore it for the first rain storm on 3/15/24. The jacket leaked rain right through! I contacted seller and offered 2 solutions. I offered to try to do a re-waterproofing treatment with Nikwax Direct TX if seller would cover cost ( $12.95 for the treatment) or I requested a refund for the defective item. Seller refused both of these and I will appeal to eBay directly.
