  issue with postage and wrong parcel delivered. Not the fault of the seller who posted correct item but fault of post office. The seller promptly dealt with problem and refunded cost promptly. Correct parcel then returned to him post office! He let me know he had resisted it for sale offering me first refusal. I paid for the item a second time. It was delivered well packaged on time and in perfect condition.
